Rebooting daffy

Daffy doesn't always boot cleanly on the 10 Mb configuration of the experimental network.

Symptom

Especially after a power outage, daffy refuses to reboot. An error message reads:

xl0:  MII without any phy!
xl0:  autonegotiation not supported
ifmedia_set:  no match for 0x200023/0xffffffff
panic:  ifmedia_set

You are dropped into the kernel debugger.

Solution

Just unplug the cable for xl0 from the back of daffy - the NICs seem to be correctly labeled. Plug it in after the kernel's loaded and everything runs fine.
