- Your name
- Your login ID (for reply e-mail)
- Would getting a teaching assignment satisfy your Teaching Requirement?
- Do you expect to defend your dissertation and graduate before the end of
Spring semester 1998? (i.e. do you really need to teach this coming summer
or academic year?)
- What would be your preferred courses and terms to teach? Any terms you
know you can't teach?
