Equipment maintenance is calculated at 2.5% of the cost of equipment in the year it is acquired, and 5% of the cost of equipment in both the second and third years after acquisition. By handling these repairs "in-house" with our factory-certified staff, we are able to keep the costs considerably lower than charges from either the manufacturer or from third-party providers (typically 10% of the purchase price).
