- The Publications Manager will ensure that the correct mail
class is used for the various printed publications.

Justification
- Information in News & Notes is generally
not time sensitive.
- Because requests for Admissions Brochures arrive
individually and sporadically, each brochure must be mailed
individually and by First Class.
