Web Server and Content Management
Statement of Policy
- The Publications staff is responsible for content
for the department's home page and other centrally-maintained
department Web pages.
- Computer Services maintains the WWW server, the HTTP server
software, the file space for the WWW server, and provides
technical support.
- Substantive changes to the department's main home page must be
approved by the Publications Manager (and in some cases after
discussion with the Publications Committee) and/or the Associate
Chairman for Academic Affairs.
Policy written by the Web Subcommittee and approved by the
Associate Chairman for Academic Affairs, April 1996.
