Mission Statement
The department's Publications Committee meets to: (1) establish procedures, (2) review budgetary issues, and (3) recommend policies to the department chair and to the faculty concerning the production of general printed and electronic departmental publications. The committee also discusses other issues related to publications and publicity. Publications include: the department's official world wide web pages, Admissions Brochure, Admissions Poster, Department Brochure, News & Notes (newsletter), Peterson's Guide entry, Pocket Folders, and Technical Project Handouts. The committee's chair is the department's publications manager. One graduate student is appointed to this committee.
