7DS (Maria
Papadopouli). 7DS is an architecture and set of protocols, that enables resource
sharing in a self-organizing, peer-to-peer fashion without the need of an infrastructure.
The system adapts its communication behavior (e.g., query frequency, type of
cooperation) based on the availability of power and bandwidth and privacy
constraints.
7DS has been
integrated with other applications (note sharing, web browser,
travel guide); 7DS acts as the underling information discovery tool for these
applications.
