The bachelor's degree in computer science is fast becoming a popular choice for careers in many different areas, ranging from traditional industries such as software development, computational science, networking, and telecommunications, to the expanding fields of information technology and electronic commerce. The Department of Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill offers the Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
