Information on Mathematica software

The campus has purchased a campus wide license for Mathematica software by Wolfram.Most department Windows machines come pre-installed with Mathematica. If you have a Linux Machine or a Windows machine and need Matlab installed, please send email to help@cs.unc.edu with the name of your machine. See the campus Mathematica help page for more information on Mathematica.
If you are a student with a computer not owned by the Computer Science Department, you can install Mathematica on that machine. Follow the instructions on the campus Mathematica help page to obtain and install Mathematica.
