Feasibility Study for Street side Image Capture and Visualization from Cell Phone Images and Aerial Image Change Detection

Abstract
In this study we will evaluate the feasibility of a street side visualization tool for street side data captured using an off the shelf GPS enabled capture device like a cell phone. Additionally we will prototype and evaluate a system for change detection in aerial video captured by a UAV. The goal of the proposed studies is to determine the general characteristics of the problem and to define the challenges for a system performing either the lightweight street side visualization or the change detection in aerial video.
