Hello! I'm a BS/MS student at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill studying computer science. My research interests span the areas of computer vision, natural language, audio processing, and how these fields interact in the space of semantic learning. During my undergraduate career at UNC, I studied both computer science and linguistics, and my undergraduate thesis was on using external knowledge learned from cooking recipes in downstream computer vision tasks like video captioning. I currently work with Prof. Tamara Berg on multimodal learning from instructional video. In undergrad, I also worked with Prof. Stephen Pizer on reconstruction and visualization of endoscopic video.
