I am 29 years of age, and basically define myself as a fun loving guy who also happens to know some computer science and cool protein stuff.

I grew up in the city of New Delhi, the capital of India, and also a young, dynamic and fast-moving city.  I have spent a lot of my childhood in Pune and Mumbai also.  I went to Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, followed by undergrad studies in Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and then the Masters and PhD at UNC.

In between bites of research, I also enjoy writing, crosswords, music and food. Here is my dream car.
