242 Class Notes

PLEASE DO NOT PRINT THESE NOTES. A copy will be available from Student Stores. They were generated from troff source - hence the need to create so many formats! The troff Postcript formats them as intended but does not show well on gv; the Tex Postscript displays better but was created from generated TeX; the html version was generated from latextohtml, but creates lots of tiny pages; and the text version creates a single page, but it was generated from nroff output, and thus contains nroff hyphenations in midline.
