General notes:
  Small x's indicate sound source, accompanying number is annotation below
  Small dark arrow is sound source with direction
  Long light arrow is approx. distance a sound carries
  v's indicate air vents (soft constant sound) near ceiling height
  Footsteps very audible except in rooms with carpet


Notes by Room:

Kitchen:
  3 - Dinner Bell - hand-rung, extremely loud, heard throughout house
  4 - radio and turntable, two speakers
  6 - sink - running water (approx. room distance) and disposal (louder)
  7 - fridge - soft hum
  8 - ticking clock at about 8ft(?) up - soft, heard for about 3 ft out
  9 - microwave (hum) and toaster

MusicRoom:
  Two pianos and harsichord as in floor plan
  Organ has six speakers marked with o and an arrow
  Copy machine in hallway

FredStudy:
  2 - Grandfather clock in hall is stopped; used to have Westminster chimes
  Two powermacs in top-left corner emit soft hum
  carpet dampens sound somewhat

LivingRoom:
  1 - Doorbell - 7 ft up, whole house range, 'ding-dong'
  5 - radio, turntable, tape deck, CD player - two speakers
  fireplace and harmonium as in floor plan

  carpet in this room dampens sound a *lot*
  
SunPorch
  fan as in floor plan - hums
  air vent in this room is at floor level
  round room with hard walls/floor causes some echo
