To copy from the Pylab window (or any Windows command prompt) select the text with the mouse then hit the Enter key. Now you can paste the text in another window such as Komodo-Edit. If selection with your mouse does not work, try this. Click on the little icon at the left end of the title bar, select Properties from the menu that pops up, then go to the Options page and click "Quick Edit Mode". Click OK, then mouse selection should work.
