I am Gu Ye (pronounced [Goo Yeh], in Chinese 葉,古), a first year graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Computer Science Deaprtment. My research interests include virtual reality and computer graphics. I am currently a research assistant of the Office Of The Future Group, and my advisors are Prof. Henry Fuchs and Prof. Greg Welch.
Before coming to Chapel Hill, I got my bachelor degree in Zhejiang Univeristy at Hangzhou, China, and my advisor was Professor Hujun Bao. My hometown is Guangzhou (also known as Canton).
In the fall of 2008, I had a research internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, advised by Prof. Rui Wang.
