ALEXANDER MICHAEL HAYNES' born-on-date is 3-17-91 (St Patrick's Day). ETHAN NIKOLAI HAYNES: 11-9-92. Both born at Arlington Memorial Hospital, Texas. Mom was in labor with Alex for 46 hours, and with Ethan for 16 hours. Here's a list of rejected names.
ALEX enters first-grade in fall 1997. He's a great baseball hitter, and loves to play soccer. He and his brother are talented artists, and love nature. Alex especially loves to search the yard, hours on end, for bugs. They love to watch the Discovery Channel. Lately Alex is making great strides in the swimming pool, diving off boards, dog-paddling determinedly to the side... he was a bit burned-out at his first birthday.
ETHAN is a sprite. Energetic, smiley, charms all he meets. He rode a bike without training wheels at 3 years old. Loves to inline skate. Here's his first typewritten story (Dad helped on a FEW words, (like 'sraced')), with KidPix drawing, from 6/1999: Fat Cat.
