Download fk_exe.zip and unzip for just the executable.
To have sound download fk_audio.zip and unzip.  Make a subdirector
under the directory where fk.exe is located and put all the audio files
there.

The file fk_ver16.zip contains all the source code for the project.
Note to run fk.exe with sound outside VC++ the fk.exe file must be
copied to the first directory in order for the .wav files to be found.

The executable directorires have been deleted from fk_ver16.zip in order
to cut down on file size.  (these consisted of about 15 MB).

The file fk_doc.zip contains all of the files necessary to replicate
the documentation prepared for this project.  It was zipped using
the zip program bundled with linux (version 2.1).  Make sure old 
versions of pkzip/pkunzip (before 2.04) are not used with this file.
