Welcome to my web page!
I am a fifth-year PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am part of the Real-Time Systems Group at UNC, and my advisor is James Anderson. My current research topics include real-time scheduling on multicore platforms and practical considerations of real-time scheduling policies. I expect to finish my degree in the Summer of 2009, and I have accepted a position at Microsoft starting in August.

Prior to UNC, I received an M.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University in May 2004, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia in May 2002. I have also interned at Intel Corporation and Microsoft Research during my graduate career, and at Computer Associates as an undergraduate.
