Extension type identifier.
Description:
Assumes bp is situated at the beginning of an MPEG-2 extension start code. Returns the extension type code without advancing the parser. Returns error codes (defined in dvmmpeg2.h) if bp is not at a start code or if bp is not at an extension start code.
