Multimedia data as first class objects
- Definition: Manipulate (change, delete, add) video or audio data.
- Basically, this is about being able to collaborate on audio or video data.
- It is closely related to digital audio and video editing. Could be
thought of as best ways for more than one person to edit digital audio or video data together when they are physically not in the same edit suit at the same time. The proper unit of objects to be manipulated is unclear. Maybe a stream of video or audio c
ould be a unit of manipulation.
- Seems to be strongly related to image processing.
