Blue Capital Group, an established index options and futures trading firm based in Chicago, seeks entry level software developers for its offices in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluency in C++, awesome interpersonal skills and work ethic, and a strong desire to work on proprietary high-frequency electronic trading systems. At least one of our new developers will work on our analytics software, so quantitative skills and/or a degree in math or physics will really get our attention.

Blue Capital’s development location is unique among trading firms. While our traders and trading engines work the New York and Chicago exchanges, our development team focuses on engineering the world’s best trading software in the college town that is Chapel Hill. Here, a dozen or so bright and likeable folks collaborate in a casual but intellectually challenging setting.
