Instruction for Final Project Presentation

All students are required to give a final project presentation on their course projects. The presentation should be about 10-15 min long. Here are some suggested elements to be included in the presentation:
  • BRIEF recap of the motivations/background, state-of-art and new challenges
  • The proposed (geometric) techniques/approaches
  • What have actually been accomplished
  • Results: comparison, analysis and/or system demonstrations
  • Summary of the course project contribution(s) and possible future work
  • Students are encouraged to put the images or video clips of the running system on their project website, in addition to the project documentation. All students are requested to post the final presentation on a personal website and inform the instruction the location of this project website by 12:00pm on Friday, December 11, 1998.
