Back in undergrad at the University of Manitoba, I took an interesting course in the Winter 1998 session on analysis and design of algorithms. In it we had a challenging term project where we had to do surface geometry on various surfaces. I chose the pseudosphere. If you are interested, you can try my project called SGeometry. I believe it still runs in the classic environment (OS 9) on the Mac.
