Before joining Kitware, I was a graduate student in the
Department of Computer Science
at the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
. I worked with
Prof. Svetlana Lazebnik
on scene classification and object detection. I also worked in the group of
Prof. Jan-Michael Frahm
and
Prof. Marc Pollefeys
in the area of marker-less motion capture.
Prior to UNC, I graduated from the
Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay
with the degree of B.Tech + M.Tech (dual degree) in Electrical Engineering, Communication & Signal Processing.
