• CCEGA:  The Carolina Center for Exploratory Genetic Analysis

On going developments in data mining and statistics provide new opportunities to explore genetic data.  My goal in this project is to evaluate the performance of competing analytical methods in identifying alleles or loci that influence (disease) trait determination.
