Types of cross traffic

1. 250Mbps CBR
2. 500Mbps CBR
3. THTTP traffic with bandwidth ranging from 200Mbps to 800Mbps
NOTES:
define two versions of calculate_ab algorithm:
   v1: previous version used, the same as Pathchirp
   v2: only one condition to end an excursion on all cases: inst_q < 0
