Software consultant at Allstate Insurance Company. Developing and supporting a production insurance policy management system. Optimized core rating software component to reduce memory usage by 95% and system initialization time by 50%.

Also a significant contributor in a small project team designing a Voice over IP (VoIP)-based telephony system. The system consists of an IP-based PBX software server and software telephony clients. The software clients run on Windows PCs and Pocket PC devices using wireless Ethernet (802.11x). Involved in all aspects of full software development lifecycle including creating specifications, design, programming, testing, and releases.
