	Theory		Performance of Collaboration Architectures
			Designing and evaluating performance models covering a wide range of collaboration conditions, including number of users, processing and transmission costs, network latencies, processing and communication architectures, unicast and multicast, and scheduling policies. Developing collaboration-specific multicast algorithms and scheduling policies.
	Systems		Implementation of Collaboration Infrastructures
			Applying the above models and algorithms to drive dynamic architecture changes for improved performance.

			Designing, implementing, and evaluating awareness mechanisms for synchronous multi-user editors.

			Designing, implementing, and evaluating applications and interfaces that enable users to participate in remote meetings and view recorded meetings.
