In 1984, about 8000 people died in 72 hours in the world's worst industrial
disaster
commonly known as the Bhopal Gas
Tragedy. Till date, about 23,000 have
died and more than 100,000 are chronically ill. It is the long and painful story of the
continuing aftermath of Bhopal that the world needs to know about.
