The 3-D Window
allows the user to be able to place the 3-D crosshairs at a particular
point on the surface of the segmented data set - essentially clicking at

The Voxel Data
structure allows the user to save the segmented data set and the current
set of color label. The user can therefore load other data sets without
loosing information. The GUI enables the user to do this, but also ensures
that multiple segmentation data is not allowed (i.e. only one segmentation
data set is associated with one data set for any given session).
The 3D Window
now allows the user to move the 3-D crosshairs to a point on the surface
of the segmentation data. An extension of this is to alow the user to select
and label multiple points in the 3D window or a so-called 'spray-painting
option'. This is a tool that allows the user to click and drag the cursor
so as to specify a 'line' on the surface of the segmented data.
to demo our final project on Thursday. It currently fulfills all of the
primary requirements of our contract and therefore feel it was ready to
be presented. Arun prepared an initial draft of the presentation, and then
the whole team developed from this. Sanjay created a draft for the demo
sequence to show the functionality of the product. We then gave the demo
on Thursday afternoon.
