FORMAT 

Hour Lectures
Practice problems (not required)
Exams (2 @ 40% each)
Extended Example (20%)

  Instructor will accept email of practice 
  problem solutions, will return comments, 
  but will not require these for grading.

  There will be a single example system that 
  we will develop in each phase.  Instructor 
  will collect these solutions for grading.
