Schedule Manager Meetings
You may (are encourged to) form your own team of up to 4 students. As a team, decide on the projects you would like to work on, and order them. Each team will have ONE preference list... everyone on the team will have the same preferences.
Send me an email (to class account) from the TEAM with an ordered list of
project preferences. I need 9 preferences.
Make the email look like this:

or something that makes it very clear to us which project (the letter) has which priority (the number)
in your preference list. Refer to the project by the letter it is tagged with in the
proposal document
You can add notes if there in information that you would like me to
consider when making matches...
such as "Project Z has a client that I am already working with"
or "Project Z is a system I have been working on and would like to keep working on it".
or "If I don't get project Z I think I will quit COMP SCI and study
southern west north dakota precambrian art history therapy for pets".
Preferences email is due by Thursday 12:00 noon. We will be making/matching teams to projects Thursday afternoon.
If you are not a part of a 4-person team... if you are individual, or are a 2- or 3-person team, send email as well, and we will make 4-person teams as best we can while retaining pairs and triples as best we can.
