The meeting dealt with the following:

1. General organization of the team.
2. For the moment, work assignment is as follows:

   All members: learning about JAVA and PERL
   Kennedy:     Preparing charts.
   Knight :     Chair meetings, general preparations for meetings.
   Preston:     Getting the contract ready.
   Salama :     Weekly reports.

3. Team weekly meeting is set for Friday(s), 4:00 PM.
   Boss weekly meeting is set for Tuesday(s), 5:00 PM.

Also met with client on 1/26 for an instructional session on Daistish.
