Quake III Arena


Quake is one of the very few things I truly had an interest in. The fact that I spent the last two and a half years of my undergrad playing Quake is testimonial to that. Thanks to the huge quaking community at IIT Madras (and specially to Vib), there was no problem finding a quaker even at 5 in the morning!! I've pretty much stopped playing since I came to UNC :(

First (and Last) Blood:

Our team from IIT Madras - Vibra, Vinay, Faisal, Phanish and Vikram - won the Quake Tournament organized by AMD and ESports in Bangalore this summer. Won 8K as cash prize. Here's a pic of the team with the trophy:

Quake T-Shirt:
