Lover of all

A true friend

Always happy

You added joy to our lives each day

You enriched our family immeasurably

Through your constant and loyal companionship,

You have shown us by example what true friendship is

We suffer deeply at your leaving - our hearts ache,

As we already long for your many loving greetings each day

Go now in peace and keep our dear Grandma company

She is a lot of fun and you will enjoy each other’s antics

Give her a ‘Bogie Kiss’ for us when you see her

Wait for us there then, as you always have here

For we will all be with you once again

We look forward to the same affectionate greeting

That you gave us each and every time we came home

Maybe we will even get to see your little ‘run-around’ again as well
