      • What is going to be our regular meeting time with client? Thus far conflict between choosing Mondays or Wednesdays at 3pm. Mondays will probably be the final choice

      • How are we going to store the necessary files after running the application (ie: network neighborhood vs FTP)?
      • What is going to be our naming convention?
      • How are we going to communicate to the editor that a new lesson has been created or modifications have been made? Email?
      • Are we responsible for the audio/video file conversions? Real media?
      • What are the legal rights with freeware?
      • What are all of the necessary features for our application

    • Need to know specifically what our application needs to promise and what we are responsible for developing.
    • Need to know where we can store the files between the time that a teacher creates a lesson and an editor uses the files for WEB management.
