Outstanding problems

Server: We still do not have the windows 2000 server. Bill met with Jason (IS foreign languages) who told us we could not have access to develop on a server because we are undergraduate students. He suggested they would take control of the server and every request would be implemented by him or his team (Jason, that is). This includes adding tables to databases, etc! This is obviously not a feasible solution.

Plans to address outstanding problems

Server: Bill will arrange a meeting with Prof. Welch. We will also discuss alternatives at our next client meeting scheduled for Monday, March 26th.

Problems/ slips

Plans to Address

These slips present no threat to the project, we will still complete at a minimum phase I of plan A.

Slip ASP coding

New deadline:

04/03/2001

Our coding is taking longer than planned. Partly due to under-estimation of time needed to actually code and partly due to transferring development from SN to another pc (this is not the server migration referred to in the project schedule).

Slip Database Population

New deadline:

03/29/2001

extended 2 days

Population will be done via a cut and paste technique. Color coding will be maintained using html tags embedded in the access memo fields.
