Magellan Stinks!

My apologies to those who got here through the Magellan directory; this page is maintained at the University of North Carolina, and is merely a handful of pictures, and links to related pages that were made by other people. The STOOPID Magellan reviewer didn't bother to notice who made which pages, and listed this URL as the Ohio Supercomputer OSC-CEE Ukraine page. I sent e-mail more than six months ago requesting that they fix their review, and got a reply saying they'd fix it right away. Now they still haven't fixed it, and there is not much I can do about it... It seems they care only about building up large numbers of reviews, to fool people into thinking that they have a worthwhile index, and don't care at all about accuracy. I, for one, will never use their index for anything, knowing firsthand that it is primarily a scam.

11-Mar-97 It has now been well over a year and a half since I got the e-mail from them promising that it would be fixed right away. I just checked again, and it still isn't fixed. I'm still waiting...
