I am a Ph.D. candidate (degree to be conferred in August 2014) at the Department of Computer Science, UNC-Chapel Hill, advised by Professor Michael Reiter. My research focuses on computer systems and security, with particular emphasis on the security of virtualized and/or distributed systems. My thesis work revolves around cloud computing security, which particularly aims to identify and address the threats of side channels in multi-tenant public clouds. I also have a keen interest in user authentication and password security.
My research was generously supported by Google U.S./Canada Fellowship in Security (Aug 2013 to May 2014).
