Traffic delay analysis

• wish determine the absolute delay faced by user packets --- not just relative to GPS

• Strategy:

  • characterize the incoming traffic on each connection
    • leaky bucket
  • determine delay encountered under GPS
  • use the relationship between GPS delay and WFQ delay: fi,WFQk < fi,GPSk + Lmax / r
