Jason Carter

I am a third year PhD. student at UNC Chapel Hill in Computer Science. My research focuses on increasing the amount of help in software development teams. To increase the amount of help in development teams, we are developing techniques that infer the difficulty degree of programmers and evaluating these techniques by exploring help-promotion and other applications of them.
