I am a Research Scientist in the Algorithms & Optimization
team at Google
Research, Mountain View. My research interests broadly revolve around enhancing safety,
efficiency, and robustness of
machine
learning systems.
I completed my PhD in
Computer Science at University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
During my PhD, I had the great pleasure of spending two summers at Google Research, where
I worked closely with Kumar Avinava
Dubey, Nicholas Monath,
Krzysztof
Choromanski, Ahmad
Beirami, Rahul
Kidambi, Amr
Ahmed, and more (see papers) and a summer at Adobe Research where I worked with Ani
Nenkova and
Vlad
Morariu.
Prior to joining my PhD, I spent a couple of years as a Software engineer.
I completed my undergrad in Electrical Engineering from IIT
Kharagpur.
