I think this supplement is great.	It is a very good value for the price.	I do highly recommend that you store them in the original container, because humidity it definitely not it's friend.	I have followed the instructions exactly, and it has done wonders for me.	There are many brands that are more expensive, but this brand is just as good, if not better.
