What to Hand In

(1) Final project presentation

One per team, recorded ( fine to use zoom to record, nothing fancy needed )

(2) Team Website

One per team.

All materials except the personal reports will be linked to the team website. Make sure it contains these items:

• All your deliverables made whole, complete, and wonderful (see class website).


• Your code (which technically is one of the deliverables), in a packaged form that I can download/capture. Github does this for most, if not all, your projects. This should include a file that tells me how to unpack it and install it on the appropriate platform.


• All the supporting information you have kept all semester (like log of meetings) that were not technically deliverables; don't worry about fancying up this information, just don't delete it from the project website.


• The materials you prepared for the midterm in-class presentation, your tech talk, and of course the materials from your final presentation (your powerpoint slides, video, etc.).


• Links to the video(s) you make for your client... showing how to access, setup, and use your project

(3) Personal Report

One email per person .

This report will be confidential, and will be seen only by me (the instructor).

Submit ( by email to help-comp523@cs.unc.edu ) a short personal report giving me this information:

• The Message Title. To help me sort all these, I would like as uniform an email title as possible. Please make the email title look this way:

  Personal Report Team X NAME
  

  obviously use your team letter for "X", and your last name for "NAME".


• The Project. Your impression of how the project went. I have seen the team view already (your final team presentation in class). Now I want your personal view. What worked well? What didn't go so well? This is your chance to tell me anything you want me to know about the project.


• The Team. Give me an honest assessment of how the team functioned. Did everyone pitch in and contribute? Do this by "paying" everyone, yourself included. You have $100 to spend. Please allocate the money among the team members. Justify your decisions and give me your review of how well each team member contributed. Don't worry about breaking this down to hours and minutes... just give me a rough assessment of whether each person did a fair share of the work. This is not an invitation to be rude... be fair and honest, but be polite to your colleagues.
