Disclaimer: The video is a demonstration of what goes wrong with live A/V streams when networks get congested. (See the abstract for this video for details.) Thus, unless you can play the whole thing in real-time at it's full frame-rate it will be completely uninteresting and thus a waste of network bandwidth to download.
