All students must subscribe to the course discussion forum. Discussions on the list are fair game for exams, and intended to help you make progress on the labs and in preparing for the exam. List discussions are archived, but the archives are private to the class.
Be sure that you do not send messages that share code or otherwise violate the collaboration rules for the labs. When in doubt, email the course staff first.
