Virtual clock is not bad if delay guarantees are the only issue:
- cannot guarantee more bandwidth than ?i
- packet delivered on (or before) time it was guaranteed to arrive
Fairness (“GPS-ness”) for best-effort connections
- As the example showed, this is not achieved....
