Students selected for this experience will enroll in INTS 390: Latin American Migrant Perspectives: Ethnography and Action in the spring. This interdisciplinary course combines anthropological fieldwork, migration theory, and service-learning in an examination of Latin American immigrant perspectives. During spring break, students will work with migrant families on various community projects as well as attend cultural events and visit diverse migrant communities in Guanajuato.

Personal trip fees, including airfare, will not exceed $1000. A limited amount of scholarship funding will be available to applicants with financial need. There will be a separate application process for these funds.
